So, what are the Cloud Excellence Awards?
On September 23rd 2021, Computing held their first physical awards ceremony in over two years, for the Cloud Excellence Awards. These esteemed industry awards recognise the vital part that cloud computing has played in overcoming the challenges faced by organisations in recent years, and celebrates the very best of the UK’s IT and cloud industry.
With a total of 27 categories, the awards cover a variety of IT and cloud services; ranging from innovative solutions, such as Best Cloud Project (this year won by ThoughtSpot for Just Eat) to core -business services, like Managed Service Provider of the Year…
What does it mean to be Managed Service Provider of the Year?
The ‘MSP of the Year’ award is presented to the UK’s top IT service provider – in order to be shortlisted, companies had to demonstrate exceptional skill and commitment, and meet a wide variety of customer service requirements.
When any organisation outsources their IT to a partner, the MSP assumes responsibility for ensuring that the everyday tasks are taken care of, so the customer can focus on their core competencies. Our award entry touched upon our strategic offering, delivering managed IT services that combine elements of traditional outsourced IT, alongside key security essentials – something we believe is a vital technicality for every organisation in 2021.
However crucially, we know it’s not all about the technology and fundamentally about the people that use it – we believe that the best partnerships are the ones built with a strong foundation, so we consider more than just technical needs, we take a people-centric approach, working in tandem with our clients to understand their people and plans. Our team of expert engineers work directly with our clients, to deliver a level of customer service that is consistently above industry standard – currently our CSAT is averaging at 96.8%.
