Stripe OLT Attains Coveted Microsoft Threat Protection Specialisation
As you may have seen in the press earlier this year, Stripe OLT recently achieved two crucial Microsoft certifications, in both Modern Work and Security.
These certifications (also known as designations) are important to Microsoft solution partners because they signify a deep understanding and proficiency of specific Microsoft technologies. And, in an era where businesses increasingly rely on cloud-based services, collaboration tools, and robust security measures, it’s important that technology partners adapt, improve and keep up with an ever-changing technology landscape.
As many of us know, 2023 has been an incredibly significant year in terms of emerging technologies. New AI initiatives have regularly rocked the headlines, and Microsoft’s recent January investment in OpenAI, has altered the course of their own business technology offerings, seeing the launch of new products, like Security CoPilot.
So, as AI continues to advance and new technologies develop, it’s imperative that those who own, manage and support business technology keep up with the changes that come with it.
As such, we’re very proud to announce our cyber security team’s latest achievement… The Microsoft Security Threat Protection specialisation.
What exactly is the Microsoft Threat Protection specialisation?
The Microsoft Threat Protection specialisation is a coveted accreditation amongst security partners, awarded to those who demonstrate exceptional expertise and proficiency in deploying and managing Microsoft’s advanced security solutions, including Microsoft Threat Protection, Microsoft Cloud App Security, and Azure Sentinel workloads.
There are approximately 70 companies in the UK holding the Microsoft Security Specialisation ‘Threat Protection,’ making this achievement all the more remarkable. It underscores our unwavering commitment to Microsoft technology and solidifies us amongst the top percentage of global security partners.
As a newly certified Threat Protection specialist, we are now equipped to offer fully funded Microsoft Sentinel Migration and Modernisation solutions to selected organisations. These solutions will enable organisations worldwide to expedite and simplify the migration of their workloads into Microsoft’s leading cloud-native security platform, Microsoft Sentinel.
Ryan Pullen, our Director of Cyber Security at Stripe OLT, comments on this latest achievement:
“Earning this Microsoft Security Specialisation truly reflects the dedication of our team. However, it’s not just about us. In a landscape where cyber threats constantly evolve, and with the ever-expanding list of UK and EU compliance directives, we take on the responsibility of equipping organisations to confidently navigate the complex terrain of both illicit cyber-attacks and the legal obligations they must continue to meet. This certification not only instils trust in our clients but also paves the way for an accessible, affordable security solution through Microsoft Sentinel.”
