We invest heavily in our team to ensure we truly are the experts. As such, each employee at Stripe OLT receives an allocated yearly training budget of £1000 (outside of essential Microsoft qualifications). This can be spent on anything related to their role, or perhaps an area they want to learn more about within the business.

At Stripe OLT we offer all employees access to the Cycle to Work Scheme. Whether you choose a mountain bike, BMX, fixie, electric cycle, or one of those fancy bikes with a basket on the front, you can get a discounted bike at an affordable cost, spread over 12 months.

Company Socials.

Don’t use “beef stew” as a computer password. It’s not stroganoff… A likely joke made by one of the cyber guys after one too many at the company social. Anyway, let’s just say since we’ve said goodbye to Covid, there have been many a legendary company day out.

Unlimited Snacks.

It’s important to take regular breaks, so when our team are in the office, we provide them with unlimited tea, coffee and fruit, to ensure everyone can work at optimum efficiency (can you tell we work in tech)… Crucially, we source all of our food baskets from local suppliers.
