Our Founder and Director, Mark Dale, has been named IT Nation Evolve Partner of the Year 2025, with the Torch Award officially presented in March.
The Torch Awards are there to honour the remarkable vendors, partners, and individuals who embody the spirit of the IT Nation – driving innovation, service, and community support across the globe.
The Partner of the Year award “celebrates partners who demonstrate outstanding leadership, collaboration, and commitment within Evolve groups.” This is a brilliant achievement for Mark — and a proud moment for all of us at Stripe OLT.
Mark has always played a slightly different role to the typical “IT leader.” Alongside founding Stripe OLT, he works closely with businesses as a strategic, outsourced technology partner — helping clients build clear, practical technology roadmaps that actually support where they want to go. That ability to step back, see the bigger picture, and guide with clarity is what really sets him apart.
This recognition reflects not just Mark’s contribution to the IT Nation community but the role he continues to play in shaping Stripe OLT’s direction, from strengthening our service offering to supporting the people behind it.
It also comes at a time when, as a business, we’re continuing to evolve. The progress we’ve made over the past few years, in how we support clients, build our teams, and grow as a company, is something we’re incredibly proud of. Our recent acquisition by Littlefish Group is an exciting step in that journey, strengthening what we do while creating new opportunities for our people and our clients.
