The Role

Requirements
- Must have the ability to take ownership of responsibilities
- Approachable and flexible
- Must be able to work in the London office 3 days per week
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience (PowerPoint / Excel / SharePoint / Teams etc)
- The ability to travel between Bristol / London on an ad hoc basis
- Technical knowledge desirable but not necessary
- IT / Marketing / Business degree OR relevant work experience an advantage
Role objectives
- Support the Partner Success team with exceptional organisational and task management skills.
- Quote creation and admin support for the Sales and Partner Success team
- Sales order processing
- Owning the renewal process for client subscriptions (for example, warranties and licenses)
- Quarterly Business Review report creation in PowerPoint
- Schedule internal meetings, note taking and track actions
- Creating/maintaining/updating Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintaining our internal database (ConnectWise) and licensing hygiene
The package
- Salary: £26,000 – 28,000 pa
- Performance-related, discretionary end-of-year bonus
