Partner Success Executive

The Role

Stripe OLT are a London and Bristol-based Microsoft Solutions Partner MSSP who are looking for a customer-focussed Partner Success Executive to strengthen their London team. You will be supporting the Partner Success Managers by managing various admin processes in all stages of the client life cycle.    

This post is an entry-level position with fantastic progression potential for the right person. It would be well-suited to an ambitious graduate or partner success executive who wishes to develop or progress their career in account management. A rare and exciting opportunity with a fast-growing company.

Requirements

You will be an individual with a flair for customer service who has the desire to go the extra mile. You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills. You will benefit from investment and continual development from an employer looking to add as much value to you as you would to the organisation.  
  • Must have the ability to take ownership of responsibilities  
  • Approachable and flexible 
  • Must be able to work in the London office 3 days per week 
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience (PowerPoint / Excel / SharePoint / Teams etc) 
  • The ability to travel between Bristol / London on an ad hoc basis 
  • Technical knowledge desirable but not necessary 
  • IT / Marketing / Business degree OR relevant work experience an advantage 

Role objectives 

  • Support the Partner Success team with exceptional organisational and task management skills. 
  • Quote creation and admin support for the Sales and Partner Success team 
  • Sales order processing  
  • Owning the renewal process for client subscriptions (for example, warranties and licenses) 
  • Quarterly Business Review report creation in PowerPoint 
  • Schedule internal meetings, note taking and track actions 
  • Creating/maintaining/updating Standard Operating Procedures 
  • Maintaining our internal database (ConnectWise) and licensing hygiene 

The package 

  • Salary: £26,000 – 28,000 pa 
  • Performance-related, discretionary end-of-year bonus

  • 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays

  • Workplace pension with employer contributions of up to 11%

  • This is a full-time, permanent role with a 6-month probation period.
