Having 25 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays, is great – but it is even better when you can buy and sell them. This scheme allows our employees the flexibility to alter holiday entitlement, either by buying or selling some of their current leave.

We invest heavily in our team to ensure we truly are the experts. As such, each employee at Stripe OLT receives an allocated yearly training budget of £1,000 (outside of essential Microsoft qualifications). This can be spent on anything related to their role, or an area they want to explore further within the business.

It is important to take regular breaks, so when our team are in the office, we provide them with unlimited tea, coffee, and fruit to ensure everyone can work at optimum efficiency (can you tell we work in tech?). Importantly, we source all of our food baskets from local suppliers.
