Service Desk Coordinator

The Role

We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join our award-winning IT Helpdesk team!

This Service Desk role is responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of service requests and incidents to ensure timely and efficient resolution.

This role acts as the first point of contact for clients, assigning tasks to the appropriate engineers, and monitoring the progress of service tickets. Additionally, the Service Desk Coordinator will be responsible for generating regular performance reports, conducting quality assurance checks on resolved tickets, and ensuring compliance with service standards and client expectations.
Location
Hybrid: Contact time required in London or Bristol
Working Hours
37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary Range
£26,000 – £30,000 Per Annum

Someone with: 
  • Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Commitment to training and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

  • 2+ years’ experience in a service desk or dispatch role is preferred. 
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems (Connectwise Manage is preferable).
